Tractor Mechanic

Keep TOHFAN's fleet running. Diagnose and repair tractors and implements quickly so operators and farmers stay productive.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair tractors and implements in the field.
  • Complete repairs within 48 hours of being called.
  • Maintain a complete, well-stocked toolbox.
  • Support operators with preventive maintenance guidance.

Requirements

  • Pay the applicable membership dues.
  • Attend the week-long orientation programme.
  • Complete training on tractor and implement repairs.
  • Possess a complete toolbox and attend association meetings.
