About TOHFAN
Two decades of putting tractors in farmers' hands.
From nine tractors and thirty-six members in 2003 to a nationwide association mechanising agriculture across Nigeria.
Our story
Built by tractor owners, for Nigerian farmers.
TOHFAN — the Tractors Owners & Hiring Facilities Association of Nigeria — was established in 2003 with 9 tractors and 36 members, to provide tractor hiring services to farmers on a commercial basis.
The organisation has since expanded to operate in 31 states across the country, with 552 tractors and 1,423 members — and a head office in Zaria, Kaduna State.

How we’re organised
TOHFAN maintains a head office in Zaria, Kaduna State, managed by executive leadership — a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary and other officers. State-level committees mirror this structure across the country.
The association is officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Abuja.
